For Seniors:

Provide qualified potential renters at $500 to $800 monthly while you will be serving a mission or will be out of your home for at least one year (You will make the selection as to who will rent your home from candidates screened by Missionary Home).

Help sell your home if that is your desire.

Provide financial expertise, if desired (see below). There is a possibility that a mission could be 100% financed through rental income and screened investments, if desired.

Missionary Home Financial Services has licensed financial planners who are experts in dealing with senior persons, missionary activities, taxes, and helping younger couples get off to a proper financial start in life. The financial planning is FREE to both potential renters AND to prospective missionaries.
