For Renters:

Provide a home at below-market rates ($500 to $800 per month) for a period usually from one to two years.

Provide Financial Services (mandatory but FREE), to ensure that you are financially able to provide monthly rent AND provide a plan that will financially put you on solid footing for the future.
Missionary Home Financial Services has licensed financial planners who are experts in dealing with senior persons, missionary activities, taxes, and helping younger couples get off to a proper financial start in life. The financial planning is FREE to both potential renters AND to prospective missionaries.
